Welcome to GyManage. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws, including India’s IT Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not share your account credentials.
• Not use the app for illegal activities or to violate any local laws (e.g., IT Act, 2000 in India).
• Provide accurate information during registration.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including workouts, logos, and designs, is owned by GyManage. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., fitness goals). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it to provide services.

5. Consumer Protection (India)

For Indian users, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring transparency in pricing, services, and dispute resolution. Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@gymanage.com for complaints.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our app is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Injuries from following workout plans (see Disclaimer).
• Loss of data or service interruptions.
• Indirect or consequential damages, as per applicable laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, except for Indian users, where Indian laws (e.g., IT Act, 2000) apply. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts or Indian courts, as applicable.
